  Living-Learning Center

In late spring 1996, Duquesne began construction of a new living-learning center, located at the end of Academic Walk between St. Ann's and Towers. The exterior of the new dormitory was designed to closely resemble the new Bayer Learning Center building, using brick and limestone with a Gothic style roof. Unlike existing dormitories, the new building plan features an apartment style of living, with each unit containing two bedrooms, living room, an efficiency kitchen and bath. Each unit will accommodate four students.
